We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

  • Booking details: name, email, phone, pickup & drop-off, date, passengers, special notes.
  • Account data (optional): your email and a hashed password if you sign up.
  • Support messages and any files you attach to a support conversation.
  • Basic technical logs (IP, device, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why we use it

  • To deliver and confirm your transfer.
  • To let your driver contact you about the trip.
  • To answer your support questions.
  • To meet legal accounting and tax obligations in Norway.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use only essential cookies and local storage required for the site to function (e.g. login session, support chat token, language preference). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Email

Transactional emails (booking confirmations, quotes, reminders) are sent for bookings you have made. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@rogalandtransfer.no. We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR.

6. Retention

Booking records are kept for up to 5 years for accounting purposes. Support chats are kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months afterwards. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
