Terms of Service

Rogaland Transfer ("we", "us") provides private chauffeur transfers and tours within Rogaland, Norway. All bookings are subject to driver availability and confirmation.

• Prices are quoted in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and confirmed by your driver before departure.
• Payment is taken on board (cash or card) unless otherwise agreed.
• Quoted prices include the vehicle, fuel, driver, road tolls and parking unless stated otherwise.
• Additional waiting time, extra stops or route changes may be charged separately.

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may be charged up to 50% of the quoted price.
• No-shows will be charged the full quoted price.
• Changes to pickup time or route can be requested via the booking chat at any time and are subject to availability.

• Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the agreed time.
• Provide accurate flight or vessel information when relevant.
• Children must be transported in approved child seats (request in advance — free of charge).
• Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Eating and open drinks may be restricted at the driver's discretion.
• The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers.

We carry full commercial passenger insurance as required by Norwegian law. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence, and excludes indirect losses such as missed connections caused by traffic, weather or events outside our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed and to find a workable solution.

Personal data submitted during booking (name, email, phone, route) is used only to deliver the transfer and to contact you about it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
